General conditions of our warranty:


• Warranty is only valid for purchases made direct from Stories In Wood or an authorised Stories In Wood stockist



• Damage that is a result from misuse or not using the product for its intended purpose is not covered



• You may be responsible for return postage costs to send the product back



• If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement product (same or comparable)

Any benefits you receive under our Product Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have as a consumer under a law in relation to the products to which these warranties relate.
