Return Policy

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, as well as being re-packed to the same standard it was received in.
You must notify us of your decision to return the item prior to posting it back. Once we receive and are satisfied with the item, we will immediately make a full refund. You will however be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


What are your delivery time frames?

For your convenience, Stories In Wood offers delivery to all locations within Australia and internationally using Australia Post, Team Global Express, and Couriers Please depending on your location.

All New Zealand orders are sent with DHL.

Please note that all our guitar stands are individually made with great care and to high standards, so we do our best to have them ready to ship as soon as your order is placed. However, depending on the type of timber you choose and quantity we may require a few days of processing time before we can ship to you. We appreciate your understanding.

Australian Standard Delivery expected delivery times: 3-5 Business Days.
Australian Express Post Delivery expected delivery times: 1-3 Business Days.

Please be advised

1. Orders will be delivered on business days only.

2. Delivery times may vary during peak sale periods. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days on top of delivery times during sale periods.

3. Delivery services do not run on National or State Public Holidays.

4. Shipping times are a guideline only and cannot be guaranteed based on possible courier delivery issues, or any other unforeseen or unavoidable external events (such as severe weather conditions) beyond the control of Stories In Wood.
