    Bought this because I was sick of ugly metal stands. This one actually looks like it belongs in the room. Feels solid and my acoustic sits in it really securely.

    I have now purchased two guitar stands from stories in wood. One for myself and one for my son. I love the idea of having a stand which matches the quality of a guitar. I am 80 years old and have never kept my guitars on stands, instead I kept them in their cases. It wasn't until I saw these timber stands that I decided to keep them out, so now I do. They are truly very well made and should last many years, and I hope to pass them on to my grandchildren if they choose to play guitar, and think of their grandad once in a while.
